You’ll usually see my scooter parked right outside the studio door. A lot of folks ask me, why a scooter? My answer is always the same: Why not? It’s fun! I enjoy leading a healthy and exciting life. I want the same for you. And, using my knowledge and skills as a trainer, I can help you achieve that. In fact, that is my biggest reward – seeing a client’s whole persona change. It’s not just about losing weight or gaining muscle mass, it’s about guiding you toward your goals and seeing them met through hard work, dedication, and perseverance. I have always been athletic: I played a collection of sports, but softball – that’s my love. I played for 21 years. Working out has also been a part of my life for many years. It’s a daily investment I make in myself. I see the payoff in my own body. It’s not just about looking great, it’s about functioning more efficiently and preventing injury.

Working for a sports medicine center in Southern California, I saw how improper training could lead to benching even the best pro athletes for rehabilitation. I’ve worked rehabilitating all injuries and training all types – from high school athletes looking to make the football team, to seniors wanting to ensure their bodies are strong.
